The name and signature of the depositor<br \/>\nbank account number where the money is to be deposited<br \/>\n2. Date of deposit,<br \/>\n3. Amount to be deposited,<br \/>\n4. Details of the cheque (cheque number, bank name, and branch name).<br \/>\n5.
