Onboarding Steps & Flow
- Confirm your PAN Number and select your resident status.
- Verify email and mobile via OTP.
- Connect to Digilocker to provide documents PAN and Aadhaar. If you are unable to connect you can manually provide address proof and PAN documents.
- Provide personal details like Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Gender, Marital Status, Occupation and other necessary personal details.
- Provide bank details which will be verified using penny verification.
- Provide signature.
- Allow location access for confirming location inside India. Capture a selfie.
- Confirm the Declarations and Segments including trading experience.
- Confirm all your details and proceed for eSign on the application form for opening of demat and trading account.
Offline Account Opening Process
- Connect to ask@fisdom.com
- Customer care to pass lead to Relationship Manager
- Fisdom RM to reach out prospect and explain product offerings
- Prospect to fill up form provided by Fisdom RM and provide required documents as required by regulator
- Upon account opening, welcome kit is sent to customer
