Onboarding Steps & Flow

  1. Confirm your PAN Number and select your resident status.
  2. Verify email and mobile via OTP.
  3. Connect to Digilocker to provide documents PAN and Aadhaar. If you are unable to connect you can manually provide address proof and PAN documents.
  4. Provide personal details like Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Gender, Marital Status, Occupation and other necessary personal details.
  5. Provide bank details which will be verified using penny verification.
  6. Provide signature.
  7. Allow location access for confirming location inside India. Capture a selfie.
  8. Confirm the Declarations and Segments including trading experience.
  9. Confirm all your details and proceed for eSign on the application form for opening of demat and trading account.

Offline Account Opening Process

  • Connect to ask@fisdom.com
  • Customer care to pass lead to Relationship Manager
  • Fisdom RM to reach out prospect and explain product offerings
  • Prospect to fill up form provided by Fisdom RM and provide required documents as required by regulator
  • Upon account opening, welcome kit is sent to customer
