YSR Rythu Bharosa – List 2022

Under the Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department, the government of Andhra Pradesh has come up with the scheme YSR Rythu Bharosa which is designed to provide financial support to farmer families of scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, backward class, and minority landless tenant farmer families. The financial aid under the scheme is given of Rs 13500 per farmer family in three installments. The scheme came into existence on 15th October 2019 and was launched by CM Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. It is on the same lines as PM Kisan Yojana and is functioning in sync with the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

The objective behind launching YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

The main purpose of launching the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme is to support farmers with finance to meet the investment during the crop season. It can help them procure good quality inputs at the right time and improve agricultural production. Another purpose is to lower down the debt burden of farmers to focus on crop production.

Advantages of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme to the citizens

  • Farmer families owning a land collectively will get 13,500/- per year per family duly. This is provided in three installments in which the first installment is Rs. 5500/-, the second is Rs. 4000/- and the last one of Rs. 2000/-. The amount is transferred directly to the bank account of the farmer.
  • Tenant farmers will be provided financial aid of ₹2500/- per year.
  • Under the scheme, the amount also includes Rs.6,000/- from the Government of India. 
  • The SC, ST, BC, and minority categories will benefit from this scheme. 
  • The state will establish cold storage units under this scheme.
  • There will be a life insurance cover of ₹5 Lakh for the farmer’s family members.
  • The farmers will also be given a free borewell facility and free electricity for nine hours a day.

Eligibility criteria for the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

  • Farmers who reside in Andhra Pradesh and own cultivable land can apply for this scheme.
  • Farmers who are enrolled under PM-Kisan Scheme can benefit from the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme.
  • Farmers cultivating on endowments/temples/inam lands are also eligible for the scheme.
  • Except farmers/their families who hold a constituency post as (Ex) & Present Ministers, MPs, MLAs & MLCs, all others are eligible to benefit from the “YSR Rythu Bharosa” scheme.

Procedure to apply for the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

  • A valid and latest existing land ownership database is first checked to identify beneficiaries who fall under the scheme.
  • Village volunteers who are newly appointed will have to identify the eligible farmers for the scheme in a specific region. 
  • Once the information is gathered, village volunteers will provide the details to revenue officials. 
  • After analyzing the report, the officials prepare a final list of beneficiaries.
  • Next, the AP Rythu Bharosa farmer list is submitted to the government.
  • The beneficiary list is prepared District-wise, which is later uploaded on the online portal. 

To check the name on the list, registered farmers can visit the official portal of YSR Rythu Bharosa. They can also check the payment status here.

How To Check YSR Rythu Bharosa List?

You can follow the below steps to check the name in the list:

  • Visit ysrrythubharosa.ap.gov.in, which is the official portal of the scheme.
  • On the portal, you will find a “Login” tab. Tap on it.
  • After clicking on it, you will be redirected to another webpage. Here, you will also have to fill the fields – Username, Password, and CAPTCHA.
  • Once you fill in the details and tap on login, you will be redirected to another webpage. Here you will see the fields mentioned as Name of Beneficiary, Father Name, and Khata Number. There is also a search box on the left-hand side where it is mentioned: “Search by Khata Number.” You have to fill your khata number in the box and click on the search button or press enter key.
  • After that, you can check out the details of the beneficiary.  

Find out the YSR Rythu Bharosa Payment Status 

You need to follow the below steps to check the payment status of the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme:

  • The registered farmer needs to visit the official portal of YSR Rythu Bharosa, i.e., @ysrrythubharosa.ap.gov.in.
  • After the webpage opens, you will find the menu bar (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner; you need to tap on it.
  • The next two options will open, from which you need to click on “Know your Status.”
  • Further click on “Know your RythuBharosa Status.”
  • The above step will take you to the new web page to fill in your “Aadhaar Number.”
  • Tap on the submit, and you will see your last installment and the upcoming installment.
